1689 Pleasant Hill Road, Sebastopol
Twin Hill Ranch
21 Acres | Buyer Representation
Twin Hill Ranch operated as an apple production facility and community hospitality center for 70 years. The new owners, who are involved in food processing equipment and sales, were looking for a unique site suitable for building a winery and farming Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The property is 21 acres and when purchased had 5 acres of vineyard and 7 acres of apple and citrus orchards. Today there are 9 acres of vineyards and 3 acres of apple trees being farmed organically. Much renovation has been done to the property's multiple residences, as well as re-purposing the historic apple production facility for winemaking.
The project is managed by Sebastopol resident and UC Davis Viticulture and Enology Masters alumnus--and property co-owner--Max Reichwage and is now part of the Riechwage Winery along with Mancini Ranch, an old vine Zinfandel vineyard.
